Your project moves through seven stages. Each gate closes only when the quality checklist passes — with photo and video evidence on record. Until a gate passes, the next stage doesn't start and the next payment doesn't release.

A free site visit is a sales call — its job is to win your project, so problems get minimized and estimates stay vague. Our Health Check is a paid engineering service: its only job is to tell you the truth about your home, in writing, with photographs. The report is yours to use with anyone.
Yes. Projects are delivered by our own execution pods — a named project manager, dedicated site engineers, and empanelled labor teams — running on our stage-gate system. As we grow, certified partner engineers (RECPs) execute on the same system, under the same gates and escrow.
You don't hand over large advances. Your money is held against defined milestones and releases only when that stage passes its quality gate with recorded evidence. If quality isn't verified, payment doesn't move. Simple.
Every project carries a written warranty — 12 months on workmanship and 5 years on waterproofing — plus proactive check-in visits at 30 days and 11 months. Your handover file includes concealed-work photo maps, so future repairs never mean blind demolition.
